Who is Atul Subhash:

34-year-old Atul Subhash, who worked as a senior executive in a private company, was found dead at his home. He ended his life. Atul Subhash was married to Nikita Singhania of Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. After some time of marriage, Nikita left Bangalore and returned to Jaunpur and filed a case of dowry harassment and domestic violence against her husband and in-laws

Atul wrote a 24-page note before his death. And he made a video of one and a half hour in which he expressed his pain. In his note and video, he held his wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania, brother-in-law Anurag Singhania alias Piyush and cousin-in-law Sushil Singhania responsible for his life. Atul revealed that his wife and in-laws conspired to extort money and made allegations of dowry, domestic violence and many such allegations against him which were completely denied. Under these cases, Atul and his family had to go to court again and again.

Atul told that till now the case has been heard more than 120 times and he had to go from Bengaluru to Jaunpur 40 times. He said that on most of the dates there is no work in the court. Sometimes the judges are not there and sometimes there is a strike.

According to Atul, his wife demanded ₹ lakhs alimony every month in exchange for divorce and also took away his children from him. He also told that the Principal Family Court Judge of Jaunpur pressurized him to give ₹ crores alimony. However, on social media, people also criticized Judge Rita Kaushik a lot.
